You can use it for both YOGA and PILATES. Or for any other type of sport on the ground, such as Crossfit or Fitness.
It is larger than normal to have more space when going to your yoga class.
Its design is exclusive to El Yoga Mola. And it represents the kundalini energy passing through all the chakras, in this design, represented by flowers.
The base is made of natural rubber in black.
And the top layer is microfiber.

All materials used in manufacturing are recyclable and biodegradable.
The top print is made with water-based dyes (but won’t rub off with sweat …)

Cleaning tips:
You can wash it in the washing machine with cold water and without detergent or fabric softener.
