Conditions of Return
If you receive a product which you don´t like or you prefer to choose another color or material, you have 10 working days from receipt day to return it. (ONLY FOR SPAIN PENINSULE)
The first return is free, from the second you will be charged the shipping costs mentioned above.
You must fill out the following form to proceed with your return.
We will send a courier to collect the return, that is why it must be well wrapped in its original packaging.
Once we receive and verify that the item does not suffer any damage, we will reimburse you for the cost of the item.
through the same means of payment that you chose to place the order.
(The return costs to the Canary Islands are NOT free and will be the same as the shipping costs)
